ABOUT KENDRA STYLER, Owner and Chief Operating Officer
For over 32 years, I dedicated my career to helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership as a mortgage professional. Over those decades, I learned something essential: real estate isn’t just about numbers, interest rates, or contracts. It’s about people, families, and the life-changing moments that come with owning, keeping, or letting go of a home.
I have always believed in doing what’s right, not just what’s profitable. Every client I worked with received my full attention, honesty, and commitment. I never processed a loan unless it truly benefited the client, and I walked alongside them every step of the way, from application to closing, communicating openly and clearly through what can often be a stressful process. My philosophy has always been simple: treat people the way you want to be treated, and just as importantly, the way they want to be treated.
After more than three decades in the mortgage world, life opened the door to a new chapter. I moved from San Diego to Puerto Rico to care for my 89-year-old mother, who longed to spend her golden years surrounded by the jungle, the ocean, and the peace of a simpler life. Alongside my loyal maltipoo, Bella, I embraced this season with gratitude, purpose, and a renewed sense of what truly matters.
Today, through Puppy Property Group LLC, I continue my lifelong mission of helping others. Now, through real estate investing, I focus on providing fair, compassionate, and creative solutions for people navigating difficult housing or financial situations. My goal is to help homeowners move forward with dignity, confidence, and hope.
